Today was a fantastic day for me at Impact! I got back into my training routine with the help of the coaches, who personalized my workout to support my injured knee. It felt great to be back after nearly six weeks off due to a nonrelated injury, and I'm thrilled to start rebuilding my strength and progressing towards my fitness goals. All the trainers are very knowledgeable, offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey.  I started out focusing on the scale and now it’s about getting stronger, having more energy and just feeling better. I’m still a work in progress but moving in the right direction. The small classes and attentive trainers ensures you get the most out of each exercise without most of the pain and accidental over exertion, leaving you ready to push harder in the next class. I take classes with all the trainers(all the trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive to where you are in your training).
