It is a great fitness club with the right size, clean, and friendly staff and members. It’s not crowded and very convenient. The trainers are very knowledgeable and take personal care of members.
Today was a fantastic day for me at Impact! I got back into my training routine with the help of the coaches, who personalized my workout to support my injured knee. It felt great to be back after nearly six weeks off due to a nonrelated injury, and I'm thrilled to start rebuilding my strength and progressing towards my fitness goals. Impact Fitness Solutions is an amazing place to work out.   All the trainers are very knowledgeable, offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey.  I started out focusing on the scale and now it’s about getting stronger, having more energy and just feeling better. I’m still a work in progress but moving in the right direction. Fantastic gym with great trainers. The small classes and attentive trainers ensures you get the most out of each exercise without most of the pain and accidental over exertion, leaving you ready to push harder in the next class. I cannot recommend this gym enough 🙌🏼. The trainers are excellent. I started with privates with Sean- who is the absolute best. I take classes with all the trainers(all the trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive to where you are in your training). This gym is amazing!!  Training with Orley and Sean has greatly improved my overall health. I’m stronger, and definitely with more stamina. I workout with confidence because they’re always checking my form, guarding my safety and knowing my limitations. They motivate with genuine enthusiasm and celebrate every victory with me. The bonus is the charities we’re able to donate to with every FB check-in.
