Are your kids spending too much time on screens and not enough time staying active? Our Youth Academy Fitness Program is designed specifically for kids who need a fun and engaging way to get moving! This isn’t just for athletes—it’s for every child who could benefit from building confidence, improving fitness, and developing healthy habits. Through games, activities, and age-appropriate exercises, we’ll help your child stay active, make new friends, and enjoy the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. Let’s get them off the couch and into action!

We’re excited to announce the launch of our Youth Academy at Impact Fitness Solutions—a 9-week program designed to help young athletes build strength, agility, flexibility, and coordination in a safe, supportive environment.

Youth Fitness

Duration 9 week Program

Program Structure:

60-minute sessions, 3-4 times a week focusing on strength, agility, flexibility, and coordination.

Curriculum Based:

Age-appropriate strength training techniques using bodyweight exercies, resistance bands, light weights, and polymetrics.
Emphasis on proper form, injury prevention, bulding a strong foundation and building confidence in the athlete.

AGES 8-10 years Old

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 4:30pm

AGES 11-13 years Old

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 6:00pm
Friday @ 4:00pm
